Program officers from NOAA, NASA, and the USGS will discuss the application process, timeliness, and requirements for their respective postdoctoral fellowship programs which are also open to non-US citizens and residents. Following the hour long webinar, attendees can join 30-min breakout discussions with the program officers to ask specific questions about the different programs.
