The National Water Availability Assessment includes an online Data Companion. The National Water Availability Assessment Data Companion (Data Companion) is a user-focused website that serves the underlying data sets used in the assessment.

The Data Companion delivers USGS modeled information through tools that scientists, policymakers, resource managers, and others can use to retrieve information to better understand the state of water across the United States. The Data Companion will provide nationally consistent, routinely updated water quantity, water quality, and water use information. This webinar will walk you through how to access, download, and use nationally-consistent modeled water data from the Data Companion. We will also highlight new features since the first release, including newly published datasets available for water researchers and managers.
