CUAHSI 25th Anniversary Milestones

Twenty-five years ago, a group of researchers came together around a shared challenge: how do you build infrastructure that can adapt to the evolving needs of water science? What followed was a story of collaboration across institutions, disciplines, and decades that has shaped how hydrologic research is conducted today. CUAHSI was founded to meet that challenge, evolving to reflect the changing needs of the water science community, the shifting funding landscape, and the ability to respond to rapid advances in technology. This timeline celebrates the milestones that mark that journey, from CUAHSI's founding in 2001 to the programs and platforms now serving thousands of researchers across the country.
