Kaysa Vaarre-Lamoureux (she/they) is an operations data science fellow at CUAHSI, where she helps transform internal data into actionable insights for improved decision-making. Prior to working at CUAHSI, she was a water data scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey where she developed interactive data dashboards, reproducible data pipelines, and impactful and creative data visualizations. She has a B.S. in Biology with a minor in environment and sustainability from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro.

Fun Fact: Kaysa enjoys rollerblading, fantasy and sci-fi novels, and open world video games.
