To share best practices and lessons learned about engaging members of the public in water resources monitoring.
To introduce a suite of water quantity and quality monitoring methodologies that have been evaluated for their effectiveness and are successfully used by members of the public to collect data that can inform research and management decisions.
To evaluate the effectiveness of educational activities using citizen science initiatives.
