CUAHSI's Cyberseminar Series:

2019 National Water Center Summer Institute

Host: Danielle Tijerina, CUAHSI

Next summer, CUAHSI will host the fifth National Water Center Innovators Program – Summer Institute. The Summer Institute (SI) is a collaborative research program between CUAHSI and the National Weather Service aimed at engaging the academic research community in the enhancement of the NOAA National Water Model. This webinar series will present information about the Summer Institute for prospective student participants, academic advisors, and others who want to learn about or become involved in the SI. In three Cyberseminars, we intend to give an overview of the Summer Institute experience from the participant perspective, information on the collaboration between CUAHSI and the NOAA National Water Center, examples of past research projects, and a sneak peek into the 2019 Summer Institute Themes. Presenters include past SI Fellows, National Water Center staff, Theme Leaders, and NCAR scientists.

All talks take place on Fridays at 1:00 p.m. ET.
