Austin Regional Meeting - October 5, 2007

Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this meeting is to provide a forum to exchange information between CUAHSI leaders and its members. The meeting will:

  • Allow CUAHSI leaders to explain its activities, accomplishments, visions, and opportunities. What is CUAHSI doing?
  • Provide a forum for CUAHSI members to provide input to CUASHI leaders. What should CUAHSI be doing and what can CUAHSI do for us?
  • Provide a forum for regional water scientists to present their potential contributions to community data collection initiatives. What other related water resources/hydrologic science activities are we doing?
  • Facilitate strategic planning discussions for related water resources/hydrologic science collaborative initiatives in the south central US. How can we align regional and national initiatives?
