Designing Hydrologic Observatories as a Community Resource

Welcome

The Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc. (CUAHSI) as part of its on-going efforts to design Hydrologic Observatories held a workshop centered on the formation of a pilot network of five Hydrologic Observatories. The purpose of this workshop was to explore how to maximize the utility of this small number of sites to the broad hydrologic science community. This workshop is sponsored by the Earth Sciences Division, Geosciences Directorate of the National Science Foundation. The workshop included a presentation from the National Science Foundation on opportunities for National Science Foundation funding of Hydrologic Observatories.
