The Time Series Analyst application, under development at Utah State University, is designed to provide users with plotting and export functionality for data at any United States Geological Survey (USGS) streamflow or water quality monitoring station in the United States.  It implements the NWIS Web Services developed by the CUAHSI HIS project to provide access to the USGS data contained within its National Water Information System (NWIS).
